將LED漂浮於水面上使用，與感測器結合可隨水波改變色彩或明暗，並依耗電的需求，搭配具太陽能充電的功能，期望透過適當的整合，使產品不只是一個黑盒子，以激發與創造出新的產業。在客製化部份，則以可模組化外觀設計的創新為主，以單元方式組合出不同使用的需求，以及重量、尺寸等可攜式要素, 使產品擁有獨特的賣點與特色。
We design an LED with sensors, which can float on the water and can also change the color and the brightness with waves. Depending on power consumption, combined with solar charging capabilities, we hoped that the product is not only a black box, but can also stimulate and creates new industries. Speaking of the customization section, the main innovation of the product is the modularizable design, which combines different units to fit a variety of requirements and also make the product more portable, giving the product some unique selling points.
本計畫以「養光」為主要概念，將產品如浮萍般放養於水面上，並加上感測器隨波變換燈光色彩、效果，產生有如馬祖藍眼淚在海浪拍打時呈現藍光的景象。另外，此漂浮式LED產品將利用太陽能於白天充電、夜晚綻放燈光效果，並以單元組合方式，製造成可攜帶式產品。
The main concept of the project is “nourishing the light,” so we make the product float on water like duck weed and add sensors to make the light color and effect change with waves, creating scenes like the “blue tears” of Mazu. Otherwise, the floating LED product will utilize solar energy to charge during the day and bloom the lights at night.
